Taxes, customs and import duties

The price you see is the price you pay. We do not currently charge sales tax, and any customs duties or import fees that apply to your order are already included in the price. You will not be asked to pay any additional taxes, duties or fees when your package is delivered.

Order tracking

We will send tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving our warehouse to the email address provided at checkout.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package has not arrived after the estimated delivery time, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us at support@lunora-design.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and work with you to resolve the issue.
